Meet Your Instructors

  • Stephanie

    Owner/Founder

A working mom of 3 very active kids, Stephanie was feeling worn down and exhausted from daily life. She searched for a sense of community, and stumbled upon HIGH Fitness. Even though she had never taken a class, she took a leap of faith and flew to Seattle to see what it was all about. She was instantly hooked on the upbeat, heart pounding energy and knew this type of group fitness would thrive in SCV.

Since 2019, Stephanie has brought her own sense of community to Santa Clarita with her HIGH Fitness, HIGH Yo, UpBeat Barre and strength training classes. She has helped numerous women on their fitness journeys; she has taught them that fitness can be fun and the only person you have to show up for is yourself.

  • Ashley

    UpBeat Barre Instructor

To know her, is to love her. Ashley has been attending Stephanie’s classes since the very beginning in 2019. She loved taking the High Fitness classes and was interested in becoming an instructor. Once she took her first UpBeat Barre class, she fell in love with the format and decided to get certified. Make sure you check out one of her classes — you won’t regret it!

  • Dylana

    HIGH Fitness Instructor

Banker by day and High Fitness instructor by night. Dylana is an SCV native that discovered High Fitness in 2020. Stephanie’s amazing energy had her hooked! She was certified by 2021 so she can continue to bring that high energy to every class!

  • Charlene

    Hi-Yo Instructor

Former Junior High and High School athlete, Charlene knew that injury and muscle fatigue was a part of the workout process. She knew this was her niche once she saw the benefits that stretching and flexibility in-between regular workouts provided.
